Story

I painted this at the same time I worked on the pink painting for Isla. I was pushing myself on color and fell in love with this rose gold liquitex paint. Sometimes all it takes is a color and the goal is to make that color look the best it ever has. I know people love large artwork but I love to see how much detail and balance I can fit into one average blank rectangle. Areas lightened up with watercolor pencil and dashes of poured silver brighten this baby up.
Simple speaking, it was a joy to paint her.
